Once your forms have
been completed and signed please place them in Judy Freeman’s (Finance
Coordinator) mailbox which is located in the workroom. If the event
being requested is a church event the Team Director of that ministry
must sign the form. If you prefer to email your forms, they MUST be
emailed from your Team Director as an approval for the request.
