Ministry Team Director: Holly Williams 704-922-3763 Ext 109 The Children’s Ministry at Venture exists to connect children to Christ, grow them, equip them, and send them out to change the world for Christ. We are honored that the Lord has placed us in the position of teaching and caring for His little ones. A children’s ministry is meant to be an extension of the Christian home and we know that it is a great privilege to be able to share with the parents in the most important journey of a child’s life. Therefore, we understand that before we can help a child build a life long relationship with Christ, we, as teachers, must first build a relationship of trust with not only the child, but their parents as well. We are committed to ministering and showing God’s love to the entire family. We strive to do this by incorporating family values such as respect and obedience into our weekly lessons, planning several “family” events throughout the year, and always informing parents when a child experiences special spiritual milestones. It is God’s desire that we partner with parents in equipping children with a strong understanding of who Christ is.  It’s a partnership because what is learned on a Sunday or Wednesday with Venture must be reinforced at home to have a lasting effect. We want our children to love God and desire to be a growing productive part of His church. Our program is not meant to be a ‘baby-sitting time,’ but rather a place of fun, safety, and Biblical learning where children can experience God's Word in a relevant and meaningful way. Even our youngest babies will sense God's love and feel secure as dedicated teachers care for them. We also offer children’s weekday childcare that includes half-day preschool for children ages 2-4 and after school and summer daycare for children in elementary school. Wednesday Nights @ 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Hardin Campus) Nursery   Birth - 2 years old Mission Friends First Level: Birth- Kindergarten Mission friends is a program designed to help preschoolers age 3 through kindergarten understand and appreciate the lives of missionaries serving in theUnited States and around the world. Kids In Action Second Level: 1st - 5th grade Kids In Action focuses on teaching boys and girls in the 1st through 5th grades tobe godly young men and women through building relationships and helping the community through projects such as visiting shut-ins, yard work, cooking, sewing and volunteering at church wide events.

Kidz Zone Sunday Mornings @ NOGA   9:30 AM | 11:00 AM Each Sunday morning kids are able to “travel” into the Bible and begin to experience who God is, their relationship to Him and how to begin living a Christian life. Lessons are taught through stories, songs, recreation and relationships with loving teachers.
